Sore Throat Warning Signs Should Never Ignore


Tonsillitis: Tonsillitis is located in the back of the pharynx, and when this region is infected with a virus or germ, it becomes rough, and the tonsils swell larger than their normal size, accompanied by this symptom: sore throat, heat, and difficulties in swallowing.


Various treatments: Sore throat may appear in certain cases, due to treatment with antibiotics, chemotherapy or any other drug that affects the immune system. Sore throat, which lasts more than two weeks, alternately, may indicate a chronic disease.


Although the image of viral inflammation is distinctive, it is not always possible to distinguish conclusively between it and bacterial infection only depending on clinical symptoms, and then additional tests must be performed to determine the final diagnosis.
