Tremor is often the most common symptom of Parkinson’s disease, and it may appear as a slight tremor in one of the fingers, the entire hand, or the foot.

But in the early stages of the disease, this tremor will often be so light that no one but the person with it will notice it, especially when the body is in a comfortable position. Still, it becomes more severe with the development of the disease stages.
