Retouching your makeup too often
During the day, your makeup can fade naturally. There’s nothing wrong with touching it up a bit, but you shouldn’t do it fanatically. Your skin produces oil, and by continually rubbing it with powder, you will create a layer of oil, dirt, and makeup. This constant smoothing out means that rashes and acne are guaranteed!
Eating harmful food
Dairy products, alcohol, and foods rich in refined sugar, spicy, or fried foods are harmful to the skin. They can trigger inflammation in the body and cause acne-prone skin. Acne weakens sebaceous glands and the openings of hair follicles, causing pores to enlarge. Therefore, a good diet is always an excellent option for taking care of your skin condition.
Not using sun protection
Sun exposure is harmful to the skin in many ways. It thickens the skin, removes collagen, elastin, and water from the skin, and causes the tissues to contract. Pores stretch and appear saggy. Therefore, sunscreen is indispensable.
