Return to the dog’s posture upside down. Presently gradually take your feet back to your hands. Step back in a side slot: your right leg bent at a 90-degree angle, your left leg stretched back, your left foot at right angles to your right foot; your trunk and your head are facing the left side of the carpet. Inhale and exhale as you stretch your body to your right thigh. Lower your right arm and place your hand on the inside of your right foot. Place your left arm over your head. Hold the posture for a few breaths then press your feet, while you exhale, raise your left arm while straightening up. Repeat on the other side.
