Mango Strawberry Sunrise Frappuccinos
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 ½ cups milk (dairy or almond/oat/coconut milk)
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (for creaminess)
- 2–3 tbsp honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup ice
- Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
- Strawberry or mango syrup, for drizzle (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend Mango Layer
- In a blender, combine mango chunks, ¾ cup milk, ¼ cup yogurt, 1 tbsp honey, and ½ cup ice.
- Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, filling halfway. Place in freezer for 5 minutes while preparing the next layer.
2. Blend Strawberry Layer
- Rinse blender, then add strawberries, ¾ cup milk, ¼ cup yogurt, 1–2 tbsp honey, and ½ cup ice.
- Blend until smooth.
3. Assemble
- Carefully pour strawberry mixture over the mango layer to create the “sunrise” effect.
- Swirl slightly with a straw for a pretty ombré look.
4. Garnish & Serve
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
- Drizzle with mango or strawberry syrup.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
