  4. Reduce heat, melt remaining butter, and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Return shrimp to skillet, toss with lemon juice.

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

  4. Mix in sour cream, then fold in dry ingredients. Stir in apples.
  5. Pour half the batter into pan, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture, then top with remaining batter. Finish with more topping.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups bread flour

  4. Punch down, divide into 12 balls, and place in greased baking dish. Let rise another 30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden.
  6. Mix topping ingredients, brush over warm rolls before serving.
